This past weekend...
was amazing.
Friday = Football. BFFs. Halo. The Office. This girl. Metallica.
All of these made the night great. Not necessarily in that order.
Saturday = Football. BFFs. Same girl. Food.
Sunday = Football. Family. Same girl. Food. Swimming. Birthday cake. Birthday presents.
The only things that could have made the weekend any better would be USC not destroying Ohio State and the Bengals not losing...again.

Question and Birthday Stuff
Why do all Hot Topic stores smell the same?
I've heard that Abercrombie has their horrible colognes coming from the air vents. Hot Topic just has that smell.
I ask this because I walked by someone at work the other day and their "scent" reminded me of the store. He had on a t shirt and mesh shorts, not the Hot Topic uniform.
that isn't me by the way. I was out of my "let's try to be dark and scare people" stage by my seventh grade year. Dang. 1997 was a good while ago.
Birthday
So my birthday is Friday. Not so exciting. It used to be just another year that has gone by where I wish I had done more. Not this time.
Things are awesome though.
I have a rad job at the hospital, a great best friend, a pretty amazing girl that hangs out with me, music opportunities, and a God that loves me for some reason.
I've tried for awhile to get negative things out of my life. Since I have done that, my overall outlook has improved so much. God has a plan for me and I'm doing what I can to follow that. I don't feel like a loser or a waste anymore.
so take that, negativity...
